I would like to warmly welcome you to the fast weight loss diets blog. The whole intention of this blog is to highlight to people with various weight related problems that there are healthy and safe options to help reach your goals.
I would first like to introduce myself, my name is David Welton. After suffering for many years with being overweight with the resulting lack of self esteem and personal confidence, I decided to make a positive stand and take control. I realised that my health was being affected and it was not only me but it was affecting my children, in fact the whole family and my whole life. I spent months trawling the internet in a vain hope of finding a weight loss diet plan that not only promised fast weight loss but also gave a permanent solution to control my weight for life. I must admit that most of the weight loss plans were unrealistic and in fact useless. I was basically throwing good money after bad, that was until I came across a revolutionary weight loss plan called Fat Loss 4 Idiots, not a flattering name I agree but it came highly recommended. Basically I gave it my best shot and it was the turning point in my life. I am pleased to say I have lost all my excess body fat and I feel so much more energetic and lively.
